Cupertino Front YardWith a pool and hot tub taking much of the back yard space, our clients wanted to make full use of their front yard. A flagstone patio was installed surrounded by low water native and Mediterranean plants. The owners now have a quiet space for reading or relaxing with a glass of wine watching the hummingbirds and butterflies. More Photos |

Family Garden, CupertinoHaving outgrown soccer games, this family wanted to take out some of their large lawn. We installed a new pathway leading to the arbor and built a large raised bed. The new bed was planted in the fall and by the following summer was a riot of color and texture. More Photos |
Swim ClubIt was time to change the dated and sparse planting areas. We advised on the removal of old plant material, soil preparation and new irrigation techniques. Plants were selected for easy maintenance, low water, low litter, attracting minimal bee population and to look good throughout swim season. We chose a palette of plants to suit the hillside location that will be used throughout the property. This is the first bed … on to the next. . More Photos |
Cactus Garden, Villa MontalvoIt is such a pleasure to volunteer in this garden and work with a dedicated group of designers and horticulturalists. It has been a labor of love, and a lot of weed pulling, that has brought this garden back to its former glory. There are great ideas here for gardens with little or no irrigation - do visit if you are in the area. More Photos |
